I recently stayed at this family hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The owner's attitude was shockingly rude, making the overall atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a hospitality setting. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and did their best to assist guests. Their professionalism was a beacon of light in an otherwise lackluster experience. Kudos to them for maintaining a positive attitude despite the challenging circumstances. Regrettably, the cleanliness of the pool area was substandard. A dirty pool is not only unappealing but also raises concerns about hygiene and guest safety. It's crucial for a family visiting hotel to maintain high standards of cleanliness, especially in shared spaces like the pool. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by a rude owner, a disappointing breakfast, and a less-than-ideal pool environment. While the staff did their best to offset these issues, I cannot overlook the overall negative impact on my experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of their services.

Great location. Very pleasant & clean spacious rooms. The staff was very prompt and helpful. The host went out of the way to make us Comfortable. We enjoyed the tasty maharashtrian breakfast. The entire experience was good value for money.
